Refund request

I have a huge rental refund query with Avis Rentals at Bramfischer Airport in Bloemfontein, I rented a Polo TSI on the 10th of December 2024 for much which I returned the car back on the 20th of January of 2025, I was advised as per their policy that upon return of the car, refund will be processed with 5 to 7 working days, as we speak I am being taken from pillar to post, i spoke to an agent Mahlatse Maabane, supervisor Dineo and today Palesa who put meon thelime for over 30 minutes without explanation, I was promised by both Mahlatse Maaname and her supervisor Dineo that the money will be paid on Monday 10 February 2025, I'm still waiting and today I am told by Palesa that the money will be paid after 10 days, that's unacceptable, I need the money to be paid into my account today
