Refund outstanding for over 2 weeks

I recently rented a car with Avis car rentals. This was for dates 15th to 20th December from Cpt international airport. It is the 08th of January and I have not yet received my deposit back.

When I call, I am told they are still processing it. It has been 2 weeks since I've been waiting for them to process my request. My booking number is ********** 4ZA4.

Please help with this regard.
