REFUND NOT PAID BACK

I will never hire a car from AVIS , received car from Insurance , worst service ever. I was told t pay R1350,00 for deposit I would think Insurance company will cover this as I am paying high premiums. I made over 5 calls spoke to PUTTI , still to date no refund given back. I gave the car back in less than 2 weeks and still no refund . Avis is the worst car hire as I travel all the time and used to car hires. I had to give my bank card umber to AVIS several times still no refund. They don't inform you of additional charges that get taken off your deposit. Pathetic!
