Refund not paid

I rented a car from Avis King shaka and returned the car on the 14th of february 2025. I have been calling and following up for the holding fee to be paid back since then and the different consultants I speak to say the same thing that that they need to call finance for the refund to be processed. Till date I have not been assisted and the refund has not been paid. This is frustrating
