Refund my money
My insurance rented a car from avis since my one was at panelbeater, l paid 1500 for access, l returned their car in good condition and it was assessed, now avis debited my money from my account without my permission, iat being 3 good weeks awaiting for my refund, this is unfair and unexceptable.
