Refund me immediately please!
R12,000 plus in refunds are still outstanding. This was my first time booking with Avis, little did I expect this level of disappointment from a company with this much history. I should have read these reviews. Two weeks have gone by, we are now in the third, and still nothing. Apparently, the refund was issued on Thursday, April 30th, after waiting a whole two weeks. I have now contacted my bank, they say no refund has been issued, they are lying I must raise a dispute on all the payments I made. What a nightmare
