Refund disappointment 😡☹

I have been waiting for my refund since 1 June 2025. I have made numerous calls to Avis and have received no joy. I have been back and forth between Avis and my bank. I have spoken to enough of your agents for you to be able to gather the details of the situation. Having been a loyal customer for some time, I'm just thoroughly disappointed with Avis.
