REFUND / DEPOSIT ISSUES
Avis Car rental is such a rental that I will never use again or recommend anyone to rent their cars, my friend warned me not to use them because they took the whole month to refund his deposit but I was stubborn, I paid them on 22 February 2024 till today 5 March 2024 they are refusing to refund me without a valid reason, the whole of this time they saying it’s not reflecting on their system, I really with to know which bank takes two weeks for money do reflect, I sent them proof of payment, but still, these are undisguised ****mers one person told me that this deposit they use it in for their company’s benefits that’s why there is a delay, I’m advising anyone never use Avis rather use Blue and Europe cars their refund takes 5 days.
