Refund debited without reason
Poor service, it's been 2 weeks now and there's no communication, they debited R431,15 without any explanation my R2000 has not been refunded. When I call the they pont me from pillar to post. 2 agents promised to call me back with more information but still nothing. Avis Potchefstroom have poor service.

Please be advised that you paid R2000 as the holding deposit, the rental vehicle was returned with a damage to the rear bumper and the repairs amounted to R2431.24, as you only paid R2000 when you collected the vehicle, we charged the difference of R431.25 to your card.
