Refund

I had a very disappointing experience with Avis Centurion, Zwartkop. I booked and paid for a car online, but when I arrived to collect it, my request was declined. When I asked for a full refund, I was informed that they would not assist. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I was repeatedly told they could not help. To make matters worse, my emails have gone unanswered. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services in the future
