Refund
I’ve been waiting for Avis to release my deposit since January. They claim they’ve released it but it’s not appearing in my bank statement. They are giving me the run around when I enquire.

Please be advised that once your bank releases the holding deposit back to your available funds, it will not appear on your statement as this is not a credit being done by Avis, the amount was never debited out of your account, the funds remained in your account but not available for you to use. Kindly contact your bank authorization who will be able to confirm that the holding deposit was released back to you and also advise when it was released.
