Refund ****** by Avis
I cannot believe a big company like Avis can ***** R3000 from me and I need to live with it. This is a 3rd complaint I’m drafting on this platform and nobody seems to care to resolve it. This shows how serious they take their complaints. I’m not explaining myself what they did but it is obvious that reservation of funds that was promised to be released when I return their car is ****** from me. Rental agreement number *** & reservation # ***8ZA2
I will keep on writing this complaint until someone get to the bottom of this

Kindly be advised that according to the system, the rental was paid for by E-bucks, and no card was captured at the branch upon collection of the vehicle.
We did, however, send an instruction to our merchant bank to confirm if Avis was holding any funds on your card. Nedbank has confirmed that there are no funds reserved on your account. However, should you still maintain that Avis has reserved the funds, please provide us with proof of such, you may also send us a screenshot of your detailed balances reflecting the hold so we can investigate further.
