refund

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so truly disappointed that till to date I have not received my refund back to date. I want it back as soon as possible as I returned the car on the 10th of February 2017 with no problems full tank and all now it is a hassle to get back my refund. ,I was told I would get back the refund within 14 days it is not almost a month and I have not received it as yet. I am the one that has to make follow ups. Today when I called the client centre they said your bank instructed my bank to release the funds but when I called my bank they have not received such instructions.
