Refund

Reference number : ***. I hired a car on the 15th and returned it to Polokwane on the 22nd around 3 o'clock. The guy that assisted me checked the car and we went Inside where I was assisted by Fhulu. He told her the car has a full tank and all is in order. She asked me the bank I used and said she has sent a request for my refund to be released. <br> <br> To my surprise nothing was paid and then R2592 was deducted from my account today with no explanation. I want my money to be paid back urgently.<br> <br> I find this really bad cause I need to buy stationary for my kids.<br> <br> Sort this out quickly please
