Refund

Good day

Last week (20 May 2019) i booked a polo vivo ref No: (0 ********** -ZA-3) online with avis and they deducted ZAR743.98 from my absa account, So i used a debit card and they told me that they want a credit card with my name on it which i dont have and so i had to cancel it. i called the customer care line asking about my refund they told me it will take up to 7 working day before i get, im still waiting for it and and no one is getting back to me.

i am very disappointed with them.
