REFUND

We had a car hired from Avis in Sandton and it was returned on the 03-08-2017 ,the refund was supposed to be done to us after 7 days but until today we haven't received the money ,my husband went to their offices last week to find out what is the problem only to be told that the payment bounced back when they tried making it and he gave them the new Capitec banking details but until today we are still waiting for the refund ,when we did the enquery again yesterday then they told us that they only have one person who works with refunds and she is always attending meetings when ever we want to talk to her .
