refund

my insurance company got a courtesy vehicle for me from Avis when my car had gone in for repairs. I was then told that the fuel deposit will be paid back within 7 working days.On the 3rd of June i received a call from Sheena Ryder requesting my banking details and I sent her the form the same time and until now I am still waiting for my money. I have sent emails to Sheena and at one point she told me the transfer had been made and i will receive it in my account in the next 48 hours and i even sent her another email on the 18th which she forwarded to the customer care and asked them to respond to my email until now I am still waiting.<br> <br> I wonder if l am ever going to get my money back and L don't think after this l will ever use Avis car rental again.
