RE: Charged for old scratch

<p>I have been sitting and thinking of writing to Hello peter regarding Budget Car Rentals Cape Town International Airport. At the beggining of August, I helped out a friend to hire a car for him, we completed all the required documents. Was disappointed to struggle to find someone to help us double check damages in the car, after 20 minutes we managed to find assistance and the guy had spotted scartches that were not marked on the checklist. To cut the story short , Budget/Avis charged the guy for an existing scratch and when i requested the copy of the chack list they have completed they failed to produce it. And I believe they suppose to have the copy with them as my friend says he never receved anything. Ref Number of the damage is 16/210559.</p>
