Randomly debiting money from our account

We previously had a bad experience with Avis but they assisted us as much as possible. Now it because worse. Now we are suddenly debited from our card previously used for the rental in September. We writing this review to make a statement that their system is glitchy or maybe the employee. Somethings like this is very worrisome to any customer, anyone would be sceptical to use their service if you know that your card would be debited randomly at any given time without your consent.
