Quick to take but never to give!

<p>It has been nearly four weeks and I have still not received my refund for my deposit. I have called numerous times and have found each consultant giving me a different excuse and none getting back to me on my queries. This is ridiculous as the amount of money paid as a deposit is no minute amount. </p>
