This charge should have been discussed with me as it is the contract fee for the car hire. In this case, it should not have been for your account but for Mercedes and not me

2. My reaction to the additional fee notification before the deduction made against my account

3. Proof that the additional fee of R 115: 00 was never paid by Mercedes Benz South Africa and why

4. Proof that you made me aware ahead of the deduction on my account that IF Mercedes Benz South Africa failed to pay the contract fee, of
R 115: 00, or any additional fee, I will automatically become liable before the deduction was made against my account

4. Provided proof of failure of Mercedes Benz South Africa to pay the additional fee and the intervention Avis made before Avis concluded yo debit my account

Kindly revert urgently before close of business coming Monday as the customer has concluded arrangements to meet the journalists on the matter between her, avis and Mercedes Benz South Africa
