Profits over people (not people are more important than cars)
WARNING! Do not rent your car from this branch. The rental agreement is laden with fine print items that could potentially triple your quoted price (as it did mine). The branch has your card on file, so you have no power if you disagree with your billing. They will just bill your card and move on.

I've asked all our subsidiaries, clients, and suppliers to avoid Avis going forward and use the companies mentioned above. Well done to this branch and branch manager for losing your company a lot of business.
