Poor Service , Lack of customer service
It Has been two weeks since I have returned a vehicle that was rented to me as a courtesy vehicle from my insurance. I have contacted Avis several times regarding the return of the deposit but have not been assisted. The service I received at Grand Central airport was pathetic and to date they do not answer their calls. I have called in five times this morning and I’m constantly sent to voicemail.

09 Jun 2023, 11:33It’s so funny that the Avis team that reply on Hello Peter are so fast , they almost reply and call you immediately to calm you down and let you know that they will resolve the issue. Yet it’s 3 days later since I have resent what was requested and still no feedback, no refund and no answer on their phones
