POOR SERVICE - GREED

Kagiso was suppose to come back to me with the alleged proof of damaging the vehicle when the fault **** on their side and as of today I have not rec anything from Avis. They have handed my account without informing me - Petro has been sending email but failed to informed me that they would be handing my account - failing to do so the debt collection department has never called me nor have they sent me any communication in light of the above and after failing to do so they subsequently called me today after taking the matter up with Avis today.

now I fail to understand the nature of customer service that is being handled with Avis and their outsourced debt collector on this matter and failing to understand why they couldn't provide proof as requested. u are liable for payment until proven guilty if I may add and not during the interim.

I want this matter to be handled professionally because it was never handled correctly in the first on-set.

if its greed and money that your after from me then say so but don't come to me with the above approach - its just not on.

can someone from the above department call me because now my name is in the red with transunion...!
Thank you for posting on Hellopeter.
