Poor service from Avis king Williams town

To my disappointment when I returned the rental car noone was there to assist me. The agreement was I return the car on the 3rd of January before 16h00 I got there at 12h00 today noone was there and my understanding is atleast a security guard should have been there to atleast collect the keys. I called the contact center and no assistance on their side also and seemingly the extra accumulated cost will be on me.

Furthermore 3 consultants from customer hung up on me even when discovery tried to assist
