Poor Service from Avis car rentals (Randburg)

Hired a car from Avis on the 10/08/2018. The initial Service was excellent until returning the car on the 31/08/2018. The staff just ignores you while you wait until you engage them directly. The car was returned and was in perfect condition as indicated by the Avis representative who checked it with me. I was told there isn't any documents to fill out or sign and I was told I will receive my deposit of R1350 after 10 working days. After this was not fulfilled by Avis, I called them to determine if there was any issues on the 20/09/2018 at 12:52pm. The agent asked for the rental agreement number and said to hold the line, after which he then just dropped my call with no follow up. Deposit still not refunded. This service is certainly very poor and I will not recommend Avis (Randburg). Disappointed, one less customer.
