Poor service from AVIS car rentals

I am so disappointed at the service we received from Avis car rentals. I WILL NEVER AGAIN hire a car at Avis NEVER again. I would never recommend it to anyone EVER .the moment you sign on that dotted line you selling your sound to the devil . Today our account is being debited for “The Lord knows why “ and they do not communicate why. When I phone to enquirer they tell me it’s on the T&C’s poor service from AVIS car rentals
