POOR SERVICE FROM AVIS

My partner and I hired a car for the weekend and he called and adjusted the days for one day less so avis was suppose to charge him R1400 less than they initially did but ended up taking out the original amount charged and when he calls them they say they can't help him so basically they forcing him to use the car an extra day at an extra cost of R1400. Really not happy with their services
