Poor Service dissapointing

I had hired a car from Avis O.R.Tambo in middle of Jan signed the contract lady assiting me which i dnt have a name right now, noted on the contracted that there was a damage , since avis has their own jargon it stated damge on left sill? whent up to the car looked in terrible condition like the polished incorrectly or was damaged due to polishing (paint work) i noticed no damages at all as i took a walk aroun dthe car, i had seen no damges, i had done an extention on the car of 2 days and paid for, after returning he car to avis in lanseria which was my drop off point the guy asked me about the sctratch on the lower left bumper i told him to read contract and he seemed confused about sill. he said i should fill my detailsi n the next page of contract so im not liable for any damages that were not noted. only to recieve an sms saying i need to fit a bill for a damage of 4118 some odd , i contacted the cc and was refferd to sharon in accounts of accident and damages been communicating back and forth with her from the 26th jan no reply whats so ever from persons responsible to this query but sharon has been replying and copyng mangers in and over 8000 debited out of my account .<br>
