Poor service by Avis car rental

To my disappointment when I returned the rental car no one was there to assist me. The agreement was I return the car on the 3rd of January before 16h00 I got there at 12h00 today no one was there and my understanding is atleast a security guard should have been there to atleast collect the keys. I called the contact center and no assistance on their side also and seemingly the extra accumulated cost will, three consultants dropped the call while still sharing my problem, even when my insurance company tried twice even with the conference call but calls were dropped on me. This is not a first nightmare with Avis but they are so quick to debit from your account while the lack of service is on them. I am worried with extra costs although liability is on Avis, as I was there three hours before the time to drop the vehicle
