Poor service avis car sales Pmb

On the 4/4/2018 i contacted avis pmb used car sales to query about a Bmw that i was interested in purchasing as we know bmws are rather pricey and not everyday someone will be able to purchase a bmw...i queried the price of the vehicle and asked the sales lady if she could get a good deal or when they are having a sale . I was assured by the sales lady that she will contact her area manager for a good deal and will revert back to me as i have a history with avis car sales as I purchased vehicles in the past from avis umhlanga and ballito... Two days has passed and i have not gotten any feedback from avis pmb sales lady until today the 6/4/2018 i had to make a call and there she says to me she thought that i want a call when its on sale.... However i have a recorded conversation where she suggested that she will contact her area manager to authorise a better deal....

Is this the interest of sales people that avis employs who makes false promises if they can do trivial things as this mkes one to wonder if u really buy a car from them what more will be done
