Poor service - Avis Car Sales

After purchasing a vehicle at Avis, was a promised by Shehbaaz Gaibie that they will complete a car paint protection on the the vehicle and that I will receive a call from someone that will arrange it with me. A week and a half went by, and I emailed Shehbaaz about the paint protection as nobody contacted me yet, and he just responded that I should contact one of the other personnel at his branch. Also in the email did I query about something of the vehicle and he also just referred me to a dealership. This is just funny to me, as during the sale he promised me the world and said that I should contact him for anything about the vehicle. But now, when I do have a query, all he does is tell me who I must contact. Just shows that there is NO after sales service...
