Poor service AVIS car rental

Asked for windscreen cover but it was not put onto contract, At the time off paying deposit I told employee that the deposit on the credit card is too small, but she insisted that for the vehicle it was ok.

Windscreen was chipped and I am paying for it. An amount has been taken of my credit card. which I did not authorise , I was still waiting for feedback but none was forthcoming
