Poor service and unneccessary default list

<p>Avis charged me for items i am not aware of, and with no one handling my query or even sending me an invoice they just tried to debit my account. They handed me over to a debt collector and listed me and now they have made the correction, however i must pay interest on the account. The lady Marcelle Foster was extremely rude.</p>
