poor service and undermining Black people

My name is Steven Mphephu, i rented a normal polo TSI at OR Tambo avis branch but the invoice i received they charged me for group B Plus, they also took R 4044 from my account but they never released my deposit which they hold when i took the car. i noticed that black people are treated like **** at OR Tambo branch, as long as you black they make you wait for 1 Hour but white people will be assisted while you waiting, why would you bill me for group B plus if i took normal polo, please check the footage to see how long i waited at the branch while all white people are being assisted even though they came after me then also check the car i rented and see if that is group B plus, i spoke with Dineo Mmusi who promised to call back but nothing, i also spoke with nyaniso Qcebo who also promised a call back but he doesn't know what happen.
