Poor service and treatment

My insurance organized avis courtesy car for an automatic on the 28th of October 2019. I got to the avis branch in rustenburg the didnt have any automatic vehicle. I had made a request of the automatic car I want. I was assured that in wednesday I will get the vehicle. It's still with dispatch. Wednesday they give me a vw polo tsi auto that has faults . Wheel balancing and alignment, lights not working and brakes making a noise . They then advised that Thursday they will have another one that's in good conditions for me available . Thursday morning I got a call to confirm that the is available and I advised i will only be able to come after work half 4 . I get to the branch and then I find that the vehicle has been rented out.. after arguing with them they then decided to give me a Nissan SUV which I refused. 1st November we agreed to take the vehicle to vw for it to be fixed . I drove the car to vw . Worst experience of my life. Avis has been giving me undisturbed use of the rental . To date the issue is not resolved I'm driving not roadworthy vehicle.
