Poor Service and money *******

I went online to rent a car after visiting a branch in Bellville. I have just gone through to collect the car I rented and paid upfront for, only to be told because my bank card does not have my name embossed on the card I cannot rent the car. I then proceed to cancel, and after asking the lady at the front desk, how does the refund work, now am told by by there customer service that I I will be penalized 80% of the fee I paid. This is unacceptable. ABSOLUTE CON!!!!!!!!! Shokie also then told me that the agents are not supposed to tell me about the cancellation fee before I cancel. THIS IS LUDACRIS!!!!!!!!
