POOR SERVICE AND *********

This company they got poor service and they are ******,,,,,I rented 1 of their car on 20 July 2020 until 22 July 2020,,,and when i rented the car it was around 23:00 pm ,,,,,the lady that was assisting me she dint even expain anything from me,she just told me that that the car cost R2100 for rental and R2100 deposit,,,,i was very happy with what she told me....then while i was still standing there R4900 was gone from my account ,,,i didnt panick knowing that i will get my deposit back,,,,,,when i brought back the car,,,,,they debit another R6900 ,,,i went there to complain,,,,the guy that assist me start explaining about the insuarance,,,windscreen,,,mileage etc in which i was suppose to be told the the i collect the car,,,,,,this company they are ******....they now remund R1100 to me,,,,,so the car of R2100 and R2100 deposit i ended up paying R10 000

Am so much dissapointed and i wont reffer anyone to this *********
