Poor service!!

I hired a car on July 12 and returned it on July 16 but I haven’t received my deposit back until today, I sent them an email and they said I should call their customer care with the charged card number and when I try to call Avis King Shaka Airport my calls get cut when I’m waiting to be transferred to the “next available” consultant as they call it. Such poor service!
