Poor Service

My insurance Discovery insure on 26 September 2023 arranged for my wife to pick up a Renault Kwid from Avis Menlyn Park in Pretoria . Vehicle was not checked with her . I received a call from the Panelbeaters on 28 September 2023 to collect my car as Discovery insure approved repair and not replacing . The part cannot be repaired and need replacement . Discovery Insure arranged with Avis Pretoria Central to collect the vehicle from Bens Panelbeaters in Pretoria Central on 28 September 2023 , This was done and collected by Amos of Avis . To my shock when I enquired about the refund I was yesterday told by Stevphen from Avis that the vehicle was not booked back on 28 September 2023 and as yesterday still showed outstanding . After our call I yesterday received a sms from AVIS saying that the contract was extended to 13 Oct 2023 . Yet the vehicle was returned to Avis . Who is driving this car now . I was promised by Stephen that the matter will be investigated but it seems they are all covering for one another .
