Poor service

Good day, We have arranged car hire for our client through insurance, the problem is our client received a Toyota Hilux, the seats are almost black, the ceiling is so dirty, the windows on the canopy is painted black with pvc paint so the client cant see through the windows. Is this how avis treats all their paying clients?
