Poor Service

Poor poor service and very unprofessional. They delivered a dirty unwashed vehicle as part of a insurance rental car agreement. In this time of Covid, this is unacceptable! Way to go Avis on doing your part to protect your clients from Covid!

The vehicle was also delivered late, with poor excuses for leaving me standing in the rain.
