Poor service

<p>we renteded the car from Avis in advanced n we even take the efforts came to the branch n ask about the car but today when we come to the car is when we see the car don't have a toeba n they didn't explain anything about the toeba n now we are standing n waiting outside the branch n the customer car they are not helping with a solution with their mistakes let alone the mananger at the store</p>
