Poor service

<p>rented a car with Avis jhb downtown returned the vehicle on the on the 21.04.2017 they have debited my account on the 29.04.2017 instead of reimbursing my deposit when I call their call cantre I get referred to the jhb branch downtown of which their lines aren't working where I dropped off the car in Soweto no1 is picking up their fones</p>
