Poor service

<p>I bought a car through Avis car sales last year December. I was asked to do the registration (on the road fees) from my side and I was promised to be refunded. Now it is April and I haven't received my money hence I am writing this review for the second time because the previous one was ignored. Every time I call the person who sold me the vehicle I get the same story, "I will follow up, I thought you were refunded already" I really don't know who to call anymore can someone please help me, I want my money back.</p>
