Poor service

<p>Renting a car from Avis is a nightmare when you have to get your deposit back. First I arranged with their Midrand branch that I will drop of their car at the panelbetter on the 17 March 2017 in the morning, and they say they only picked up the car from the panel beater's premises on Monday the 20th and now they are charging me for that, which doesn't make sense. I asked them for statement of tolls that I went through, no respond till today. I am waiting for my deposit no one says anything. I call them and I have to hold or they say they ll call me back or email me. Rental agreement number: ********** 226</p>
