POOR Service

<p>I rented a car from Avis whilst my car was being repaired. The car has been taken back to Avis 2 weeks ago already and still I have not been refunded my deposit. When I mail your customer service, they reply with a copy of my Invoice. Sort out your ****py service Avis!!!!</p>
