POOR SERVICE

I made two reservations with Budget (your affiliate) in South Africa. The customer feedback is shocking. My emails and even my hello peter comments are ingnored. Prior to collection of the vehicles I had to email them to ask for a booking confirmation. I only ever received one of the two (**********6ZA4). I have additional charges on both reservations but it is impossible to generate an invoice through the links sent and their website. I need invoices asap
