Poor service

I received a good service on collection but returning the AR was a nightmare of my life having Musa as a the agent made things worse. Avis Nelspruit has the worse service in the world. We agreed that they will collect the car at white river since they were charging me a leg for collection, I had to ***** time from work to meet with them and they arrived 40 minutes later than the scheduled time on top of that Musa told me that the bar might be on full tank but it doesn't mean that the car is full and they went to my account and deduct the petrol fee without even communicating with me.

I just hope Iwyze find another deal Cos this is affecting the client's experience they have. I will forever be insured by Iwyze but I hope they brake ties with Avis.
