Poor service

Avis is the company with the worst customer service I was involve in a car accident on 3/1/2022 and untill now nobody can answer a phone so I can put a claim. In and after one week they tell me the accident is not report to them and it's not on their system how is it possible is everybody still on holiday can't believe iy
